Ok guys, I really need your help here.

I have this annoying lagging problem. I don't know why, but when I start the computer and boot into Windows, every now and then my computer becomes all laggy. I check the CPU Usage and it goes high and down each second. Like when I play music, for example, when a song plays "Infinity" it would be like this "Iiiii...ffffin...iiitttyyy" with the annoying lag. I formatted by computer and it didn't help either. Please help me out here, thanks.

Hmm.. Updated everything? Including DirectX and Drivers?

Yep, I updated everything, drivers, directx, still the same. I dual boot both XP and 2003 and the problem persists. Probably got something to do with my video card.

Hmm... Have you overclocked or anything like that?

I had the very same problem some time ago, turned out to be one faulty RAM module, so here's what I suggest: run memtest86 and see... Also you may try to clean the dust that accumulates around the CPU and the RAM slots.

No, I did not overclock anything, though one time I did, I had to set it back to its default settings.

I'm currently using my onboard video, and everything is working well, for now.

I'll try to run a memory test, thanks for the advice.
