can i slipstream say MS office with SP2 and other software say a PDF creator and whatnot without including a windows install?

see i have a bunch of laptops i need to configure and windows comes preinstalled on them

i just need to add certain software with updates and whatnot

can this be done?

By definition, slipstreaming means adding to another. What you want, sounds more like a scripted install, where you write a script that installs your applications on an already running machine.
