Can someone explain to me why I'm IP banned again?
This time I managed to find a web proxy that would allow posting...
I don't understand, I've never been IP banned before and now, this is the second time within a week. New DoS protection or something?
(Could someone please unban me? If you don't have my current IP from previous connections, then just e-mail me. Thanks.)

Tell him to check PC for zombies or spyware. Just in case.
IP Removed # lfd: (IP Removed) found to have 326 connections - Wed Nov 1 05:37:03 2006
Server firewall blocked several IP's yestarday.
Looks like you were also in that batch. We have your IPs and I'm sure xper will fix it ASAP.

Interestingly enough, I was not banned until a few hours ago.
It seems that
I'm not the only one who this is happening to...

What does it say? Is it an error message from IPB saying that you're banned from accessing the forum
or does it just fail to respond.
I never gotten a ban notice from IPB, but it sometimes fails to respond when it's supposed and thus sometimes, I get worried that msfn.org was gonna go to maintenance mode, with the dreaded "BOARD OFFLINE" (or similar) message again.
It's been hanging when I navigate the forums. Sometimes, it hangs when I submit a post.
It randomly takes forever just for the page to reload.

Could an Administrator post what is the maximum number of connections allowed per IP?
I haven't been banned yet but would like to know for future reference.
