tried old method used in xp & not working

Also, don't forget about the file protection. It might've gotten reverted.

neither explorer.exe, nor explorer.exe.mui has any effect

& about file protection, no ! my files are changed right now & nothing is happening !

Why do you want the change the start button anyway?

although this is off topic , but i love to put an arabic islamic phrase, instead of "Start"

What islamic phrase would you like to put? Your using an english system?

any arabic user, if using xp or vista (en-us edition) has to enable arabic support so that windows or any program installed can use arabic

so, if u enabled arabic support, yes while using the english GUI, u can have an arabic word or even a phrase instead of "Start"

this apllies to any language other than arabic too
