Why? Well let me explain. I've been using linux now since 1995 and I learned more on the forums then I ever did in classes on it. In forums you can search for people that described your question as close as you can. If you find similar posts and you still aren't answered you can post and ask for clarification. There is no better form of documentation than free forums. Microsoft owes who ever set this forum up more then they can imagine. This also makes it so that people that know a lot but aren't willing to pay a place to show what they know. Giving them a platform for higher opportunities. I'm not saying everyone should pay but I will donate happily for others to post for free.
