I'm using Logitech USB Web keyboards and optical mice and they won't be detected in a Red Hat Linux 7.0 install. Does anybody know where I can get a driver disk image adding support for Logitech USB keyboards and optical mice?

In RedHat 9?...

No, Red Hat 7.0

I meant, why don't you switch to Red Hat 9?

Amongst other features, better USB support, including Logitech mice.

But it does not have support for Partitionless installs

I'm going to buy a new drive so I can install 9. But how do you figure out scan rates for monitors without finding documentation?
