Will nlite ever take advantage of dual cores to process faster?

According to nuhi when I asked him about 1 month ago, no.
I hope for good news

disable your AV and antispyware tools when using nlite and it goes way faster (disable windows defender real-time scanning too -in the options for defender)

ge0rgieee, It processes all too fast for me, where does it slows down for you then I'll comment on if it is possible to do that part in parallel? And try what bledd said if you haven't.

for me the compressing/building part takes the longest.

That would seem like a disk subsystem problem to me, not a processor one.

the part where you remove components when it de-compresses, removes, and compresses/builds everything back. I was thinking this de-compression/compression things was like winrar and when winrar added the option for dual cores it became a whole lot faster. When this is going on my cpu is at 50%
I don't know if this is possible or how hard it is to implement, I was just asking... thanks
