Yes you can add a CPU to almost any notebook on the market but this notebook is not Merom. This notebook will be Conroe. (socket 775) Thats right 1066 FSB in a notebook. There will even be a model that will take the Extreme processor. I have seen and held this notebook, very cool!!
You can also change out the video card too very easily.
