had a look around but havent found anything relevent!!

No real need at this point, I expect. It's a short list as of this writing, only seven updates available at the Office update site. Download each of the KBxxxxxx files, extract them, and put the .msp files in your updates directory. All too easy.

Why not download Microsoft Base Security Analyzer. It will tell you all the updates your system needs (Windows, Office, .Net, IE, WMP, Messenger, etc. etc. etc.) and provides direct link? No WGA required. Yes, it is a prog you have to install but still, it'll let you know if you're missing something.

People mostly want these lists because they want to integrate/slipstream updates.
