Is there any possible way to minimize a program so its an icon on task bar?

Um, not see that anywhere. There are tons of them that allow you to minimize to system tray (notification area) though....

Like I said 3aces, that is one that minimizes to the system tray not the task bar.

Nitroshift, search google m8. Should find a few hundred!
