Plaese Help Me With some type of system Recovery CD

My Computer's Samsung Hard Disc not working.
Previously I was creating some space with PARAGON 8
and Its hangup after that its not working.

When I start computer I am getting Massage:

Interrupted Operation: Insert the Recovery CD or
Other Recovery Media and reboot...

I have tried HIREN BOOT CD 9
BART PE
G PARTED-LIVEVORTEX ADMIN TOOLS BOOTABLE
But anyone isn't working anything.
Please help me what can I do to open it. If someone
can provide me any type of Recovery CD which can work
with it will be highly appreciated.

is it an OEM computer? it sounds like they want you to do a system restore with the OEM disks.

I don't know what is OEM or other computers are. I am not having so many knowledge about.
My computer is Pentium III with Intel® chips 82810E chipset if you can understand what type of it. Yes its asking for some system recovery CD or anything other if anyone can provide it to me.

well your hard drive is probably corrupted..
it's asking for the disks that came with the computer, they are called "recovery disks".
it will want you to reinstall the operating system.. that means that you will lose all of your data, which is probably corrupted anyways.

i would try plugging the hard drive into another computer and trying out some recovery programs.
