Dear friends,
I have a WinXP X64 installation CD. I wanted to integrrate SP2 into it.

So, I used nLite for that purpose. After creating ISO when I was trying to install that then I found this error

And in my slipstreamed CD I found a I386 folder. But, that folder wasn't here before integrating SP2.

Have I done anything wrong while slipstreamed?

I slipstreamed SP2 from XP 64 bit edition.

this easily could be due to a cd copy error. if u have another source copy the file from there.
did you skip and continue the install? if so did u encounter other errors?

and about the i386 folder. It always exists in XP cd's. it contains the core files. that AMD64 file is because of 64bit but the rest has been there for ages including i386 folder...

Sorry, but I don't have another source. And I didn't copy from CD. I have saved the ISO in my HDD.

Anyways, I skipped that file and installed windows successfully and didn't encounter any error//

And thanks I got it why I386 folder is there .... thanks again smile.gif
