I'm personally a very big fan of Xable's XUDPack. It differs from Ryan's pack by only including updates from the high priority section of Windows Update and not including any optional or unofficial fixes. Xable has just released a major new revision of his pack today(v3.0.0), which has been totally rebuilt from the ground up and now only includes all high priority updates and then everything else, like the Windows Update Agent, Microsoft Update ActiveX Control, WGA-V/N and Flash Player etc, has been splitted from the pack and is instead available as seperate additional addon modules, so you now can completely tailor which parts you need and which you don't. Before, then this pack was simply awesome, but now it's just hands down unbelievably brilliant
