RyanVM's Windows XP Post-SP2 Update Pack includes it so I was curious if HFSLIP could integrate it. And if it can where would I place EUupdate.EXE?

It was always supported, being a basic Type 2 hotfix. Since HFSLIP 1.4.0, fontinst.exe and fontinst.inf are deleted because they aren't needed and I've been including the update myself ever since. It goes in the HF folder.
