I have the Royale_Remixed_Lite, and my .iso xp image. How/where can i put it in the .iso image, so when i`m instaling my windows again, that will be the new theme ??

Use nlite and put the theme file with its msstyle contents (.mstyles and shell style) and integrate...
Remember to patch uxtheme.dll

Isn`t there a way with ...i386 folder?

I remember finding a patched uxtheme.dl_ file (I think that's the name) online and replacing the one on the CD with that downloaded file.
