my problem is i change most of icones in shell32 but when start to verifying the change in virtual machine some of icones dont change ?? (my documents +my pictures and my computer dont change ?) and thank you for your help.

have you cleared the icon cache?

icon cache what do you mean by that ? is there any other default cache icon that i must clear awergh and wich file where i can clear this icones and thank you?

Your real problem is that you are in the wrong file for those dude...
my computer is in explorer.exe, and those others are in mydocs.dll.
search there.

other thing for internet explorer and wmp? i say many icones that contain internet explorer and wmp icones but were is the principal?

for internet explorer icon change the iexplore.exe in program files/internet explorer
and for windows media player change wmplayer.exe
