i want to change/remove windows boot screen when first boot after installation.

Details like this:

Windows XP Pro Unattended Installed. After Reboot Windows Starts, My Editied Boot Screens Working Perfectly, But When Prompted "Please Wait" Display Settings. I want To Remove That Screen OR Edit That With Mine.
