for awhile now, i've really been unable to play any sort of 3d card games
Unreal Tournament Locks up in every mode apart from software mode and even half life wont even work in any mode..
anyone help me out?
Specs are:

1.1ghz Celeron
256 mb of ram
20 gb HDD
GeForce 4 ti4200 8x agp
on-board sound

see if there any new drivers for your card, thats a tricky question to answer.

what driver version do you have? the most stable seems to be 45.23

i have 45.23

well, re-install directx9b and update to 52.16.

if that doesnt work then ill eat my shorts.

working now disabled fastwriting and sba on my 3d card as my mainboard doesnt support it
