Ok, one CD, SP2 splipstreamed into R2 -now I fire up WUD and get all the hotfixes ..
What will happen now when I use nLite to integrade them ? New files will be overwritten by old files etc. ?

typically the update lists will link you to the service packs & all updates after that pack has been applied. So, verify this is the case with your specific list and I don't believe you will have a problem.
