you can enable the Administrator account by using AutoLogon.
i don't know if you can rename it. but if you don't enable it and create one user, you get admin privileges.

Renaming the Administrator account in Vista:
Right click on MY COMPUTER - go to manage - expand Local Users and Groups - click on Users in the left pane - in the right pane, right click on Administrator and click ‘rename’. That's it!
