I have used Autostreamer and nLite to successfully update Win2K and XP installation CDs to include Service Packs but not Hot Fixes. WUD seems like just the ticket for acquiring all updates for inclusion in a slipstream. As a test, I just ran WUD for the first time on a Win2K box. It downloaded all updates, as it should. One of the updates was SP4. The computer that I ran this on was originally installed with Win2K with no service packs, so I am sure that SP4 shows up as a necessary update.

The CD that I want to slipstream already has SP4 on it. Does it matter that SP4 is installed over SP4? Are there any other precautions I need to take before slipstreaming?

My intention is to use nLite to create an ISO for the final build. While I have read the Beginners Guide on msfn.org, there is not any mention of using nLite to build the ISO (that I saw.) There are references to Microsoft the The Elder Geek methods to build them. Please let me know if I am missing something.

Thanks for the excellent work!
