do you have any idea that how to change the images in the General Tab of properties of my computer window like this.

For the top one, you may have to reshack explorer.exe
For the bottom, you need to make an oemlogo.bmp and place this in the System 32 directory. This image is probably pixel-sensitive - meaning it will only appear if its the correct dimensions.

erm, i got one more question. 
the bottom is ok but i opened the explorer.exe with the resource tuner but i couldn't see an image which look like the one at the top.
