I have a laptop that I just reinstalled windows 98se on. I want to get on the internet wirelessly with it. I have a Belkin Wireless G PCMCIA card. I got the driver for it and windows recognises it and it also conects to the internet, but when I open internet explorer it wants me to set up an internet conection. There is an option for a PCMCIA modem, but it doesn't read the card.

Does anyone have any idea what to do?? Please help.

Go to Control Panel->Internet options->Connections and select 'Never dial a connection'.
