it's been 2 years. I can't remember yesterday much less 2 years ago.

I actually saw someone refer to MSFN.org from NTFS.org. I was a fairly active member there. I rarely go there anymore because after being here, it's just annoying to go back there. I love this place.

followed a link from betas.intercom.net. i still visit that alot, ...not as much as here

I know that I was exicted when earlier this week I was searching for something and MY site showed up in google... and it was #2!!! I know that MSFN is on the google list for just about everything I search for.

I just cannot remember how I discovered the site. I guess maybe google as well. big helper on everything

I cant remember either.
I used to go to Binks site all the time.
Probably got referred from there by someone.
I rarely go there anymore LOL.
I love the way the news is there on the front page here @ MSFN
and the boards are easy to navigate,
not to mention the quality of info here far surpasses anything
I’ve come across anywhere else.

Same here... as a matter of fact I am still listed as top poster over there... but I do not get the feeling that Bink and Tekmaven really care about the members and what they want. They will not impliment any of the features you would find on any other board. The news articles are severely outdated. It's very poorly run, and that's a shame. They have such a huge member base, but no service.

I was on <<spam>>. I normally only post on one thread there...Making your Windows folder smaller...naturally...when I saw what looked like an interesting thread. I click on it, and gosh had an url typed to this site.

After reading through some the unnattended stuff, and getting thoroughly confused, I figured I'd join, hoping someone had some medicine I could take for the headache I now had from trying to understand the unattended stuff.

I belive i was looking into information on Whistler (Winxp beta) about 2 years ago ,on google and i was linked to Aarons website at the time....cant remember it now...but anywho, he had a link to MSFN and i have been a loyal member ever since!

I was searching for a forum that had an answer to my RPC trouble(It was my first post here I think). Someone gave me a suggestion to install an update from Windows Update and it worked! Thanks to MSFN, I was saved from the Blaster worm before it got really loose.

I think ime going to stick around MSFN now since activewin is full of noobs, <<spam>> is alright i hangout their alittle but abit to busy, IA is to non-tech, amdmb is way to huge(seen their online users stats !?), HWG doesnt use invision, arstechnicas forum software is totally crap.

MSFN isnt huge, uses invision and is freindly like <<spam>>. Nice mix IMO.
