What do guys think is the dreadest OS+AV combination for a laptop if u really want to hurt it and slow it down whistling.gif

from what ive seen so far on a standard hp6000 series lappy its ......

I have to say anything with Norton on it has to be bad but id say Panda runs a close second. Ive scanned machines that both have called clean and had multiple hits on Mcafee/AVG.

Yes, Panda is a major resource hog, and a bad AV as well.

Does this include Norton Ghosts too ?

ive used ghost before but there are much better solutions now. I use PING instead.
