HI GUys,
I just bought a new ASUS DRW-2014L1T lightscribe DVD burner and I am trying to install it on my Motherboard. But it's not working.
I have done a fresh install of XP and not getting anywhere.
The motherboard is a WinFast 760GXK8MC with two sata connectors.
Is there anything special that I need to do?
Cheers,
Jason

It depends what mode your SATA ports are in (IDE, AHCI or RAID), what modes your DVD writer supports, etc. See
here.
It's not a driver problem.

Yes, those settings are in the BIOS, and usually you do get in there by pressing delete indeed.
Changing mode might give you a STOP error though (BSOD INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE).
