We are still trying to find the problem, but, it is possible we might have found it. A service pack update for Windows Server 2003 might have caused our network connectivity problems. If this is true, then Microsoft is the Matthew Mcconaughey of software. Isn't a service pack supposed to HELP you?
Here's the link:
"You may experience network-related problems after you install Windows Server 2003 SP2
or the Scalable Networking Pack on a Windows Server 2003-based computer"
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/936594The problem is Broadcom's implementation of offloading against the spec, not the code that allows access to it from the service pack, but you blame whomever you'd like if it makes you feel better
