I've managed to get rid off system restore tab, remote desktop tab but i havent figured out this one yet.

I think it should be in:

(I don't have anything in there currently to verify.) ProcMon says it's looking for it.

I'm going to do a clean install so will get down on it then, but i know unregging just files will work, but my intent is to just remove that thab, not disable or remove WU compability.

Procmon was neat yes, it's kind of hyperactive though xD

It's not, it's as quiet as a lamb. It's the OS and/or background programs that are making noise. I don't consider any system fully tweaked before I leave ProcMon open for 3 minutes and don't see anything inside.
