these are not needed, because you have integrated "xable SP3UpdatePack v103a.7z" and "IE7 OnePiece v221.7z"
I see you have a lot of addon, try with only:
xable SP3UpdatePack v103a.7z
xable MicrosoftUpdateEngine v120.cab
Xable WGAV v130.cab
IE7 OnePiece v221.7z ->
v230 is outnote: these addons should always are on the top of you addon's list in nLite, followed by.net and the rest of your addons.
you could also use ryanvm's update pack instead of xable one, but use latest nLite (1.4.9) to integrate itthen make an iso image and test it with your favorite virtual machine
(i use virtualbox )if your problem is gone; the culprit is another addon; trial and error...
if you want; you can make your own custom .net silent installeredit: are you sure this is needed ?
