Hi all

I live in South Africa and our news server is shaped during office hours. You can only download at 1 - 2 KB/s from 8:00 t0 18:00 per connection. Further more, you are only allowed 2 connections per IP address. I have heard of people bypassing this and using up to 100 connections per IP.

Does anyone know how to do this or of any other way to create more connections to a news server?

You may be able to use a proxy, I'm not entirely sure though
