this video is inaccurate for several reasons:

1. The enterprise wouldnt be running 98. a 365 year old OS? even our die hard 98ers on this forum wouldn't try that even if Starfleet's IT policies would allow it.
2. When a PC BSODs, the system is halted. I highly doubt the screen would accept input and i know it wouldn't be able to play audio.
3. Data would have smashed that console to bits if he was truly that frustrated.
4. Data could recode a superior OS from scratch in his head faster than Picard could say "Make it so"

Oh wait. Im just supposed to chuckle and move on?
