i have three hdd's on my pc that i want to serve. D:, E:, and F:.

I set D: as my root. so as soon as i access my server via internet explorer, and put in the password, i see the immediate contents of D:.

what id like to know is, how do i show links to my E: and F: directories as well?

i dont care about permissions or anything fancy.

ive spent the last two days screwing around with the 'mod_alias' page on the apache website, and i have NO IDEA what im doing.

if i can jsut add those directories, i'll finally be finished, and i cna move onto my life.

please, can anyone tell me the code to add to the configuration file? please?

is that asking too much? im trying to sound arrogant here. i know im basically asking for handholding, but if you could do this for me, i'll never bother you for anything again. ever. i promise!

is this a windows computer?

and by "root" do you mean "localhost" ?
so that when you type localhost in IE it will show your D: drive?
