you're a little bit late, and it's not just IE either, most of the browsers actually have this bug, though i'm not sure which have patched it yet

It only works when 4 special chars are used before the actual address, could be useful

I went to the site just for fun and Mcafee said it was a trojan.... Scanning now....

Doesn't affect sp2. In fact, none of the vuln's at bink's site affect me.
