I first found this vbs script on www.doitrightconsulting.net Its made by RogueSpear.
The default switch options in the .ini file are those laid out by code65536
I tested zippig files with winrar on best compression and 7zip with best compression from GUI. Well a lot of
times i got a greater compression with RogueSpear vbs script. His tool is called 7zCompress V1.0.0.0
Install 7zip to ore this addon wont work

I changend the addon a little thanks to sugestion of ricktendo64. Now it should work on all language versions.
Please try again. Keep in mind this version is only for 32bit Windows.
