I needed this and didn't like the ones I found, so I made it myself using NSIS, it's a silent installer for Foxit PDF Reader v3.0.1506.

- It won't add any shortcuts on the desktop.
-It will register the program automatically as the default PDF handler even if you don't run it first.

But it's not packaged onto an addon, you can easily make one for compatibility with nLite.

It's also a good thing to put size and MD5 hash of the file so we can see if it is corrupted.

Don't Use Foxit Reade it sucks
Foxit Devz Didn't give permission to make addon of Foxit Reader ( another addon of foxit reader is removed from winaddons.com )
so use the Sumatra PDF small and cool PDF Reader: http://www.winaddons.com/sumatra-pdf-093/
