Is there a site to download the up dates as files. I need to burn them to a CD and install on dialup machines. Thanks in advance.

Yes, there is. Go to www.windowsupdate.com, and on the left hand side of the page there should be a link under "See Also" that says "Windows Update Catalog". Once there, you can select what OS you're working with, and download the updates as necessary.
*Note, if you cannot see the link, click on Personalize Windows Update, then select "Show Windows Catalog under See Also".

What if we don't use IE, though?

Thanks. As always, this remains the best board, forum on the Internet.

If you need updates for other versions of Windows you could also just use the Windows Update Catalog from another computer (or temporarily install IE) to download the updates and save them to a CD.
