Hello all,
Apologies, I am fully newby to themes, xpize, ...
Somehow, my xp sp3 spa (luna theme, no modding at all) lost its green arrow icon just to the right of all programs in the start menu. Probably after playing with the desktop.ini files under the start menu folder in documents and settings.
Have not been able to google a solution for this. I found a reference saying that the icon is defined in MSStyles, but I doubth that anything would have changed that. (Almost fully sure that no virus/malware infection happened).
So, questions:
- would xpize allow me to recover my green arrow? Then, how?
- if not, any other solution?
Thanks in advance.
PD: just that I got to know xpize I will use it to uniformize xp look... ;-) , but not today

Microsoft PowerToys > TweakUI > Explorer > Shortcut
The OP is refering to the big (24x24) right-pointing arrow on the XP Start Menu that's gone missing, not the shortcut arrow for *.lnk files.
We'll need a screenshot before we can do anything.

Thanks W3bbo, you saved my answer to the icon arrow improper reply.
Here the screen shot, sorry start menu in spanish, but lack of green arrow very clear.
(Todos los programas = All programs )
(By the way, moreover than touching the destkop.ini files in program files, I did change the resolutino of the screen from 800x600 to 1902x1080)

You've chosen a large font size or DPI setting, which is pushing the green arrow off the side behind the blue to the right.
Use a smaller font-size or lower DPI setting if you want it back.

Thank you very much!
Sorry for disturbing you for such stupidity ... I spent hours googling without finding any hint.
Yes, as I increased screen resolution, I also change font to very big and screen to 150% DPI...
Reverting those brings arrow back!
Thanks,
CT
