Ok, this oem folder structure is new to me...so Im looking at an example of runonceex and im wondering what the numbers have to do with it...? in the cmd I have, some go up by 5 and others by 10. Like 010 015 020 030, so how do I determing what to go up by when installing apps...?

It doesn't matter. Things are run from RunOnceEx in alphabetical order. By prefixing them with numbers we can insure the order in which they are run. Most people skip by 5's so that you can insert something later without having to renumber it all.
