Does anyone know the new switch for Divx 5.1.1 as the /s doesn't seem to be working :/

That's because the new 5.1.1 has been repacked using NSIS packaging.....all the new pack has is an update to the macroblock bug in the old codec

Divx511bundle.exe /s

That's what I use to install Divx 5.1.1..

Was answered in a different thread:

divx.exe /S works (capital S)

/S (upper case, not lower) works here, except the only thing it installs is the codec itself. Doesn't appear to even install the little app for changing the decoder settings.

hmm, ok, DivX511Bundle.exe /S doesn't install anything except a program group and uninstall shortcut. doh.

edit - ok, I went to www.divx.com just now (04-03-08) and the free installer they have up now is just called DivX511.exe and a 'divx511.exe /S' installs everything just fine. woot.
