I can get the install to work, but it pops up the Start Menu \ Programs \ WinRAR windows after the silent install. Is there any way to keep that from happening? I am leaving it out of my UA CD because of this. I cannot use 3.3 because I have a valid license for 2.8 and I prefer to stay a couple of steps behind anyway.

I use 3.3 with the /s switch and don't have any dialog boxes appear, so can only assume something with the install has changed, also, doesn't your serial key work with the newer version?

It may be worth seeing what task runs at the end to show this and maybe doing a tskkill to end it?

I made you an installer that works silently, but 2.8 is a total waste of time, it won't work on any archive made by 2.9 or later, which is nearly all of them, it is near useless.
