Hi,

sorry for the bad english newwink.gif

I have a problem with my boot-DVD.

I have created a boot DVD with the tutorial on http://flyakite.msfnhosting.com/.

It works fine in my Vmware. I tested it several times and no problems. But it doesn't work with my own Computer. While installation it says "Can't find ASMS". When I give the path e:\Setup\Xprocorp\i386\ it works. After that there are several errors asking vor .cat files (nt5inf.cat, nt5.cat, sp2.cat ..... ). I can give the path and the Installation continues.

Can anybody help me with the problem?

Thx

I found out some strange things.

The Installation works on a IDE-Harddisc, but not on my IBM-SCSI-Disc. I tried two different SCSI discs. It doesnt work.

I tried to use the SCSI-Driver from Adaptec (older then the MS-Driver). At the beginning of the installation I can choose the driver by typing F6. Then the driver from floppy seems to be loaded. After the reboot the setup tries to copy the driver from the disc, but that is not possible. I tried 3 diffrent floppy discs. Non worked. very strange.
