Full Syntax: setup.exe /s
Extraction Needed: Yes

Notes:
Setup.iss must be in the installation folder. After extracting on a test machine, run setup.exe /R and answer all of the questions. Setup.iss will now be in the %systemroot% folder. Copy to the installation folder before any reboot.
