I'm almost done with my Multi-Boot Project but there is a question remaining:

Where do I put my Winnt.sif and $OEM$ folder for my Unattended Installations.

For example, I use EasyBoot and I have followed their Instruction Guide and I end up with this structure:

ROOT
|_WIN51 (file)
|_WIN51IP (file)
|_WIN51IP.SP2 (file)
|_EZBOOT (folder)
|_XPEN (folder)
|___Some files (ATAPI.SY_ Etc.)
|___I386
|_____Windows files...

Don't tell me to put the $OEM$ folder at the root because I want to put many Windows Installations...

Otherwise(if you use the regular method) we have enough discussions, also recently.

Hummm... I've decided to do a test with winnt.sif and $OEM$ folder inside my XPEN directory (parallel to the I386 folder).

During the TextSetup portion it looks fine as winnt.sif kicks in and the $OEM$ folder is copied over... but at the beginning of the GUI I get:

After I click OK, I can specify where to find the files (D:\XPEN\I386)

It goes on and on for the following files:

1- asms (it is a folder under I386)
2- NT5INF.CAT
3- NT5.CAT
4- SP2.CAT
5- NTPRINT.CAT
6- NT5IIS.CAT
7- MAPIMIG.CAT
8- FP4.CAT
9- IMS.CAT
10-MSMSGS.CAT
11-HPCRDP.CAT
12-MW770.CAT
13-wmerrenu.cat
14-IASNT4.CAT
15-MSTSWEB.CAT
16-OEMBIOS.CAT
17-tabletpc.cat
18-mediactr.cat
19-msn7.cat
20-msn9.cat
21-netfx.cat

Then I finally get this:

Afterward, Setup goes on ... but I seem to be stuck at the T-37 stage (37-minutes)

Any hint or idea?

Did you change the setupsource in txtsetup.sif?

YES! YES! YEAHHHH! I GOT IT TO WORK! cool.gif

Basically I started over and followed the guide:
1- http://flyakite.msfnhosting.com/gettingstarted.htm
2- http://flyakite.msfnhosting.com/xpprosp1.htm

the only difference is in the last step where I used the boot sector provided with EasyBoot (w2ksect.bin) and left the file in the ezboot folder (not at root like the guide)

I wanted to check what I had done so far so I started a "regular" Installation under simulation and it worked.

Lastly I followed the guide to do the Unattended part:
3- http://flyakite.msfnhosting.com/unattended.htm

As I am typing theses lines, my simulation is running trought RunOnceEx.cmd and everything worked without a hitch!

Cheers!
