on google it said you can make your own forums so how can i do that? or is google lying to me? because i wanted to make my own

You can well guess what the matter is.
He must have searched google for "make your own forum", and MSFN was one of the results (I had posted in a topic by that name, some time ago). So he signed up here, assuming that the next step will be mentioned here.

MSFN had info about a few sites offering to host your forum. Well, if a simple and direct solution is what you want, I suggest http://invisionfree.com
Register at that free forum site, to proceed.

If you need any more info, just check back here (at MSFN) - we are a forum, where ppl share information on how to do things. That's the free service here, and the above-mentioned link is the place to see, for making your *OWN* forum for free. You'll even get a better forum host than invisionfree, at a small cost.
