Can someone help me make a trainer for NFS:U 2 PC that reduces money?

If someone is able to reverse an excisting trainer. You can get them from www.gamecopyworld.com.

well if u're just a beginner i thinks it will be hard for u and hard for the one thats going to explain it to u, so i'd start from scratch, checkout http://code.box.sk for coding stuff..

it's not necessary to start coding... you can just grab and hex editor (i preffer hex workshop), then browse through the save games looking for an hex value that contains your money for example 2648=0A58 and modify it. i've done this on many games and always worked sucessfully
other question is... is it moral??

prathapml: Sorry if this was posted in wrong section, but I do still believe software would be right, since im asking to mod an excisting exe application (Trainer).

However, could someone try mod an exe for me so that it sets -99,999,999 money instead of giving? I'm sure this is easy for anyone with some skills in software making. There are money trainers found on gamecopyworld.com, I just can't figure out how to mod this to decrease instead of increase.

Why would I like this?
Simply because some boso hit "O" while a trainer was running and my savegame was f00ked. I'd like to play the game fair and square exept for that I like the trainers "lock camera", so i got it running.

The savegame is like 250 MB big, so im guessing its a longshot finding anything in that with ease.

Crossing my fingers and hoping someone will help me reverse an excisting trainer... please ;*)

the savegame is not 250mb its only 10mb

i've just looked at my original profile and compared it with a newly created profile. there are just too many differences, so i gave up

@SiMoNsAyS erm how do u know where the money value is written at?

anyways underground 1 had a profile editor, i'm sure this one will have an editor soon and i'm sure the money value is in the profile not in the magazine or dvd folders...

btw I don't cheat, well i cheated in ug1 when i finished the game and then saw that i could not change cars, so in order to complete 133 mission or 112 i don't remember, and for ug2 i was looking for movie skip stuff, then i came across the trainers
i love those no movie stuff! hate those countless ads and stupid movies!! grrrr

my profilename is simon so i need to hexedit the file "C:\Documents and Settings\...\Local Settings\Application Data\NFS Underground 2\SiMoN\SiMoN". there i should search for an hex value containing "2862" that is "0B2E" and modify it. i haven't tested it but it has to work because i can't see any other possible file...

and would u mind telling me or everyone the secret of finding that value?
