Every time I install a new program my computer freezes on the Windows loading screen. My Belarc advisor program indicates that there is an error on Windows and that I need to download Q329115. When I try to download it I get the following error message: The Windows 200-KB329115-X86-ENU[1].EXE file is linked to missing export NTDLL.DLL:NTShutdownSystem
Please help me and let me know how to resolve the issue.
