I just bought NBA Live 2004. But I'm having trouble installing it on the computer. When I put in the CD I click install, I then enter the CD key, but after I click next an error pops up which says "Electronic Arts Autorun has encountered a problem and needs to close. Sorry for the inconvenience." I have tried to install over and over but it still does not work. I tried to install from Setup.exe instead of Autorun but the same problem appears. If anyone knows what I can do to fix this problem it would be greatly appreciated.

is it a original? did u buy it from a store or shop or from a vendor?

I bought it from a store, there is nothing wrong with the CD. It works fine on my friend's computer. Also my computer meets all of the requirements to run the game.

other than that, what about the vendor? Can they not help?
