The answer is...
You need to extract the exe to a folder
And the edit the setup.ini file
And add the CmdLine= /Q parametrer there...

Example:

[Startup]
CmdLine= /Q
Product=Remote Desktop Connection
PackageName=msrdpcli.msi
MsiVersion=1.10.1029.1
EnableLangDlg=N

ohoh ... i have to try this one... but whats the avantage?
