I need to report a bug in 9x drivers (see Revolutions Pack topic)

I've requested their support as pre-purchase question, but they didn't answered.
Its a serious bug and needs to be fixed. May someone provide his CCID/login to ask that question? Or there is another way to contact nvidia?

Tihiy, is the Nvidia graphics card a 'retail' card meaning you bought it in stores
or is the Nvidia card integrated with the motherboard?

if it is the first option (the former) you should have no problem with tech support.
if it is the second option (the latter) and the motherboard has integrated Nvidia
graphics features then you should contact the motherboard maker about the problem,
not Nvidia. Nvidia only provides support for retail cards.

I take it back. Checking the Nvidia support page:
http://www.nvidia.com/page/products_supported.html
Nvidia only provides direct customer support only with NVIDIA DVD Decoder.

Looking at the Partner Support page:
http://www.nvidia.com/page/partner_support.html
it says to contact either the computer manufacturer or the motherboard
maker. Nvidia says that they do not sell any of their products directly
to consumers and cannot provide direct support for them.

sorry Tihiy. you'll just have to contact the motherboard maker or PC maker
instead.
