hey most ppl don't know if they're stressed or not..
doctors usually tell them

how frequent r u stressed? sorry but that doesn't tell me much, i don't have a beeper that beeps everytime i get stressed. and besides ppl don't get stressed as if its scheduled.
lets see i was stressed yesterday and okay plus 2 times 5 divide by 1.3 okay so thats like 2 weeks from now, okay good i'll be re-stressed by then..
how frequent and scale thing is so wrong imho..
and what is stress? can it be anger? excitement? fright? i think u could add an explanation of what stress is.. when i'm in an exam and couldn't answer a question do i get stressed or do i get excited and angry and worried bc i'll get less points from the exam? etc...
moral of my story, i think it'd be wise to add definition of stress
